Get the Flash Player to see this player.	Hi, my name is Gary Wolfe, and I'm an attorney with the law firm of Spector, Wolfe & McLaughlin in St. Louis, Missouri. Our firm represents labor unions and their members, and that includes a considerable amount of workers' compensation and some personal injury work. Within the last year I had a case of a neck injury for a client of mine who worked as a forklift driver in a warehouse. The injury was caused by repetitive trauma and not a single trauma, and as I was preparing my case for trial, I found it difficult to be able to describe to the Judge exactly the operation of the forklift, the effect on my client and the particular logistics and flooring of the warehouse. Because it was not going to be possible to take the Judge to the warehouse, I hired Mudge Legal Video to help bring the warehouse to the Judge and help explain exactly how the forklift activities injured my client. Particular Judge had a background in working in warehouses and was familiar with those type of activities.
Mudge Legal Video videotaped the forklift, the forklift activities, the particular size and configuration of the warehouse and the flooring and elevator surface of the warehouse which helped considerably in my case to show the exact trauma and the bouncing that caused my client's neck injury. Without the legal video that was shot, it would have been very difficult for my client alone to describe to the Judge exactly how much his head and neck bounced on the forklift when he operated it. Mudge Legal Video shot the forklift itself, the operation of the forklift and then managed to configure the camera as if the Judge was riding on the forklift, coming out of the truck and through the holes and the bad portions of the floor. The videotape clearly showed the significant bouncing that was involved, and Mudge Legal Video also videotaped an operator operating the forklift, showing the extensive and numerous times that the individual had to turn and twist his head to operate the forklift in the very small warehouse. When the case was over, I received a very favorable award. I spoke to the Judge weeks after the award, and he told me that the videotape in this instance made my case, that it was going to be difficult for him to truly understand the size and condition of the warehouse, but the videotape, including the camera being mounted on the equipment and the product being brought out by the forklift, clearly showed the significant trauma my client underwent and was the basis of his award.
