Our Process

With more than 25 years scheduling video depositions and other legal video and photography events, we are expert in ensuring all parties understand the correct location and time of the event.

To ensure everyone is on the same page, we always confirm every video event one business day prior to the event with the attorney and/or court reporter.

Our technician will arrive 20 - 30 minutes before the scheduled time of the video event unless there is a request to arrive earlier.

How To Schedule an Event

  • Option 1: Register Online

    Register here on our website.* Once you register with us you will have a separate password protected client area.

    Indicate what video/photographic services you require and fax or mail your Notice or instructions. An automated reply will notify both our staff and your office that you successfully scheduled an event.

  • Option 2: Call Our Office

    Call our office and talk with one of our staff. If we are out on a job, our answering service will take your call.
    We will return your call.

* After registering, you will receive our contact information for urgent situations.

URGENT SCHEDULING or Change of Time

Call our office and talk with one of our staff. If we are out on a job, our answering service will take your call.

We will be notified immediately and will return your call as soon as possible.

Scheduling Process

Initial Confirmation If you schedule online, you will receive confirmation by email with the information you provided. If you prefer to receive a confirmation by phone or fax, you will receive confirmation within one business day. If you change any information shown in the confirmation, please call our office.
Changing or Canceling the Video/Photo Event If your change of time or location or cancellation is less that 24 hours before the scheduled event, please call our office. If we are out on a job, our answering service will take your call. We will be notified immediately and will take the appropriate action.
Final Confirmation You will receive a final confirmation one business day prior to the event date. You may choose phone, fax, or e-mail.
Day of the Video Event A videographer from our office will arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled event unless notified otherwise.
After Field Production Once our post-production studio receives the video production from our videographer we will render the video into the format(s) of your choice. Quality control will assure you receive a flawless result.
Delivery We archive every original video production. A copy in the format(s) you choose will be forwarded to you by mail or courier. Downloadable versions are available on some productions.
Billing Our rates are very competitive. If you have any questions about your bill or any concerns in general, please call our office.
