Formats Explained

Mudge Legal Video can render videotapes or digital video file formats of any kind into any format of your choice.

MPEG files can be used with trial presentation software and Video Text Synchronization (VTS).

Video depositions with VTS can be edited or redacted and presented within minutes.

Below is a description of the package you will receive with your video event. Should you need any other type of format or media please inform our technician or office and we will produce it to your specification.

Video Format Packages

Computer Package (MPEG1/DVD) Movie Package (DVD/VHS)
Your Computer package contains two formats to ensure you have a compatible version for your trial software. The second disk will serve as a backup copy.
MPEG-1 on Disk: For Computers and Trial Software. DVD-R Up to four hours per disk. DVD-R
Movie-quality DVD’s: For DVD players and computers with a DVD drive. DVD-Video Up to two hours per disk. DVD-video
Your MOVIE PACKAGE contains two formats to ensure you have a compatible version for your trial presentation. We provide you with a second copy that will serve as a backup or an exhibit.

Movie-quality VHS Tape: For courtroom presentation in any setting or location. VHS Up to two hours per tape. VHS
